Vertica Management

Hi,

I am new to Vertica and we intsalled Vertica Mgmnt console. I was able to connect to the console and vertica database but under Manage tab one of my node status shows "UNKNOWN". Anyone know, why it is not showing the status as UP? (All three nodes are UP and running)
