Take backup of my Vertica database

Hi,
Is there a way to backup a Vertica database and restore it in SQL Server ? Or is there a way I can access a Vertica database from SQLServer?

There is no way to backup/restore from Vertica to SQL Server. You can always dump your entire database into flat files and use the SQL Server Import Wizard.
Otherwise, you can
create a linked server to Vertica and query from SQL Server.
