unable to connect via UNIX socket to /tmp/4803 (pid=31982)

Hi,

I am trying to bring up an older cluster that hasn't been up in a while. When It do, I get a error. Here is the output of the dbLog file:

Do you think the issue is the "01/27/15 08:16:03 SP_connect: unable to connect via UNIX socket to /tmp/4803 (pid=31982): Error: Connection refused"?

Is /tmp out of space? That can cause strange behaviors.
