I'm using the community image and use vmplayer to boot it up. it was very well but recently the startup is very slow. it take several minutes to start.
The only recently change is I add the memory to 4G. but that should impact it..
Which section of document or log shall I investigate to find more clues?

How much memory is available to the host OS? Maybe you are starving it with the added memory to your VM?

Finally I found db server ip address was changed. After I added new ip address to hosts file, the startup become normal.
