Hi,
I Backed up a schema from one server of vertica version “Vertica Analytic Database v6.0.0-0” and trying to restore it in the another server of vertica version “Vertica Analytic Database v6.0.1-0”.
When I was trying to restore the backup(after stopping the Database), it is showing an error like ‘Another vbr instance is running. Restore Failed!!’.
How to solve this?

I have also encountered this error message when trying to backup the DB:
/opt/vertica/bin/vbr.py --task backup --config-file /Joe/IM2.2.0.0/backupConfigFile

Another vbr instance is running

I looked for all python processes but cannot find another vbr instance.
