ODBC Driver 32 Bit

Hi all,
I am trying to setup the ODBC connection for vertica on our scheduling server that uses logicity to send out reports. I am using the same information that i used to setup my own ODBC on my connection which connects fine, the only difference is that i have the 64-bit version installed but the scheduling server is running on 32bit. i have linked a screenshot of the error. I've tried to reinstall the client with no success.
