Hi!
* /srv - isn't important for installer, its maybe important for Vertica catalog/data, but not for installer.
* RPM uses in /opt, /etc directories and their root is /, where only have "Avial - 1.1G".
* LVM isn't recommended, so I`m afraid you will fail on next step also.
