Hi,

Does the creation of a view generate supporting projections? If not, should I perform an incremental design using the view's query?
I have no choice but to use views. The [visual] schema cannot be modified.

Creating a view does not generate a supporting projection. If you feel additional projections are needed, you will have to create create them (either manually or through Database Designer).
