Can we use ARM Processor Based Hardware?

Is it possible to install Vertica on a ARM distribution of Debian Linux?

Vertica is only supported on x86 and x64 based hardware.

Maybe you can install a virtual machine using a x64 based Linux?

vertica is also not supported on power Architecture,so I get the problem when running install_vertica

I believe that's correct (Vertica is not supported on IBM POWER).
