My questions are about apportioned loads, multi-threaded loads, and compressed files.

1) Apportioned load support & multi-threaded loads - are they different terms for the same thing?

2) Are apportioned/multi-threaded loads disabled when loading compressed files?

3) Does ON ANY NODE invoke apportioned/multi-threaded loads, or does the glob (*)?
