sessions vs vs_sessions

Hello All,

Came across this system table vs_sessions and was confused as to what does this table show.

The session tables show the sessions information, but it seems this table is different from sessions table.
This table does not belong to v_internal or v_monitor or v_catalog schema.

Hi Jim,

Continuing on this topic.
Is there any column showing the order by clause of the tables.

Projections's order by clause can be checked with Projection_columns, but I could not find any tables showing tables order by clause

Agreed with Skwa,

Lets not call it a limitation, it is part of smart design of product's Backup and Restore feature.

And for the workaround , Vertica gives this feature / tool to export your data from one cluster to another, using Export to Vertica options.
