Okay, I see that info. now in the docs. So it's probably best I use START_REBALANCE_CLUSTER. That way I can disconnect from vsql and the process will continue in the background, right?

What are the differences between the REBALANCE_CLUSTER and START_REBALANCE_CLUSTER functions? Don't they do the same thing? Is there a situation where I'd use one over the other?
