Jim - I've seen this too. It's an issue for non-dbadmin users - to reproduce it you'd have to use a different account and create the view as a non-dbadmin user. I would hope that there’s no way to clear it. Otherwise HP would have no way to know if you’ve been within your license limit.
I see from the LICENSE_AUDITS view definition that it’s basedon vs_license_audits rather than a dc table which could be flushed.
